There’s this log on your cell phone that shows you how many hours you spend on it and on which apps. I was curious, so I decided to check for myself. It couldn’t be that bad, right? I’m not on my phone 24/7. What I discovered stabbed me right in my heart. For the sake of my reputation I will keep the exact number of hours that I spend on my phone to myself, but what I will say is that it was astonishing.
